All clients' fund are held in an authorised segregated bank account regulated by The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

Deposit

Successful transfer of deposit will be credited to your Trading Account immediately.

To fund your DANPAC account, you can login to the Website to make a deposit. You can also transfer directly from your bank account using our deposit information.

Third party transfer is prohibited, please transfer only through your own bank account.

**Please contact us at support@danpac.com.sg when your trading account is not updated with the deposit that you have just transferred.

Please write your Trading Account Number as a reference when making the transfer. You can view our deposit information by logging into our Website.

If you are planning to deposit in a currency other than IDR or USD, please contact your bank for prevailing exchange rate and the fee chargeable.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal

To protect against fraud, you must confirm the withdrawal information and be prepared for additional due diligence request for Identity proof.

Deposit and Withdrawal can only be made to your name. Third party transfer is prohibited.

Minimum withdrawal request is $10 unless you have no more open position and closing of account. Any amount lower that $10 will be disbursed on the 10th of the following month.

Any withdrawal request submitted before 18:00PM (GMT+7) on a business day will be processed on the same day. Any requests received after this time will be processed on the next business day. Your request will be automatically cancelled when there is insufficient fund available.

To increase efficiency, we limit withdrawal requests to once a day.

When your final account balance is less than $10 after your withdrawal request and there is no open position, then the entire balance will be withdrawn.

International Bank transfer

International customers are advised to check with their banks regarding charges for International fund transfer and the prevailing exchange rate against IDR or USD.
